Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Guide clients to the appropriate department and introduce them to sales associates.
- Contribute to a unique and luxurious client experience, supporting team objectives.
- Assist sales staff in locating merchandise.
- Participate in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide refreshments to customers as needed.
- Handle and store products appropriately, maintaining organized back stock.
- Support wrapping activities at the end of the sales process.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
