Bottega Veneta is hiring a Store Manager in Zhengzhou, China — lead boutique operations and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial and operational facets of the boutique to deliver revenue, margin and KPI targets.
  • Create and maintain an exceptional, bespoke client experience through proactive clienteling and CRM-driven activities.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop the sales team; foster staff engagement, motivation and professional growth.
  • Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure impeccable product presentation and store image.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, scheduling and loss prevention.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends to define local sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Act as the brand ambassador in the market, representing Bottega Veneta values and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with a track record of meeting commercial targets.
  • Strong people management skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
