Bottega Veneta is hiring a Store Manager in Zhengzhou, China — lead boutique operations and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial and operational facets of the boutique to deliver revenue, margin and KPI targets.
- Create and maintain an exceptional, bespoke client experience through proactive clienteling and CRM-driven activities.
- Recruit, mentor and develop the sales team; foster staff engagement, motivation and professional growth.
- Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to ensure impeccable product presentation and store image.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, scheduling and loss prevention.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to define local sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Act as the brand ambassador in the market, representing Bottega Veneta values and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail with a track record of meeting commercial targets.
- Strong people management skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrable expertise in clienteling and CRM-driven sales methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and visual merchandising standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in luxury retail, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or store management role, with demonstrable success driving sales and team performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
