Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and clienteling objectives through strategic customer relationship building and cross-selling techniques
- Lead and inspire store team members as a mentor and motivator, fostering teamwork and staff retention through coaching and delegation
- Create engaging and emotionally resonant customer experiences aligned with Bottega Veneta's service excellence standards, building lasting client relationships
- Monitor product sell-through trends, assess inventory levels, and present commercial proposals in response to market demands
- Implement product and sales strategies in alignment with company direction and category performance objectives

Qualifications
