Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the achievement of store sales targets.
  • Maximize the business potential of the store.
  • Optimize sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
  • Coach and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Efficiently utilize CRM and client book systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
  • Manage stock effectively.
  • Conduct corporate analysis and mystery visits to understand competitors.
  • Expand the client base and maximize existing customer relationships.
  • Coach staff on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of store management experience, including over 3 years in luxury retail.
  • University education background.

Skills

Strong sales data analysis capabilities. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Proficiency in planning, organizing, and implementation. Exceptional communication, motivation, and team management skills. Proficiency in English and office software.

Experience

Candidates must possess over 5 years of store management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail environments.

Education

University degree required.
