Bottega Veneta seeks experienced Store Manager in Short Hills, NJ. Lead retail operations, team development, and sales performance. $120k–$130k annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support overall store operations including business performance, customer service excellence, and brand image alignment
  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and departmental sales goals in line with company strategy
  • Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, foster individual sales growth, and maximize overall store performance
  • Monitor client book data quality and work collaboratively with sales staff to develop and execute action plans
  • Manage recruitment efforts for store associates and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure appropriate follow-up and compliance
  • Uphold and enforce Bottega Veneta brand standards, service values, and operational procedures across all activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing relationships professionally and maintaining timely communication
  • Execute core operational functions including store opening/closing procedures, register management, and back office administration
  • Foster a workplace environment where all associates are treated equitably, with dignity and respect

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail
