Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and maximize business potential
- Manage and coach store staff to drive performance and deliver excellence in customer service
- Motivate, retain, and evaluate team members to foster a collaborative working environment
- Oversee stock management and ensure efficient inventory control
- Maximize customer lifetime value and expand the client base through strategic CRM and client book utilization
- Analyze sales data and corporate performance metrics; conduct mystery visits and coach Assistant Store Managers on competitive analysis
