Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and maximise store revenue across departments in line with company strategy.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to grow existing client spend and acquire new clients.
  • Coach, motivate, evaluate and retain store team members to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure rigorous use of CRM and the Client Book to manage client relationships and increase conversion and retention.
  • Manage stock lifecycle and inventory processes to optimise availability and minimise shrinkage.
  • Analyse corporate sales data and KPIs, perform Mystery Visits and brief ASMs on competitor benchmarking.
  • Foster team collaboration and information sharing to deliver consistent client experiences and brand standards.
  • Uphold Bottega Veneta standards, policies and operational procedures across all store activities.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of store management experience, including over 3 years in luxury retail.
  • University education (bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable ability in sales data analysis and commercial decision-making.
  • Proven skills in planning, organising and executing store operations.
  • Strong communication, motivation and team leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and competence with office software.
