Bottega Veneta Store Manager position in São Paulo, Brazil. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team for luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals
- Maximize business potential and departmental sales in line with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive sales performance
- Monitor quality of client books and work with sales staff on action plans
- Manage recruitment of store associates and maintain candidate pipeline
- Facilitate staff training, new hire inductions, and follow-up procedures
- Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service upholding brand values and managing client relationships
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register management, and back office procedures
