Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations, including open/close procedures, cash management, register and back-office administration while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies.
- Drive store sales performance and achieve both store and individual sales targets through strategic merchandising, clienteling and action plans.
- Coach, mentor and develop retail associates to enhance product knowledge, selling skills and career progression; conduct new-hire inductions and ongoing trainings.
- Manage recruiting and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs and support succession planning.
- Ensure integrity and quality of client book data and partner with sales staff to generate and execute targeted follow-up and conversion strategies.
- Deliver exceptional client service in line with Bottega Veneta service standards and manage customer relationships with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience in a managerial role, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop sales teams to meet commercial objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience driving sales, managing KPIs and maximizing department performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, adaptability and a customer-centric approach.
