Bottega Veneta Store Manager in Palm Desert, California – lead retail operations, drive sales, and mentor a dynamic team within a global luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations including business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals while maximizing departmental sales potential
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support their professional growth, and increase individual and collective sales performance
- Monitor client book data quality and accuracy; collaborate with sales staff to develop and implement action plans
- Oversee recruiting processes for store associates and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates
- Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures are implemented
- Enforce Bottega Veneta brand standards, procedures, and operational compliance throughout the store
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with brand service values; manage customer relationships professionally and promptly
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing procedures, register management, and back-office administration

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
