Bottega Veneta Store Manager role in Montecito, California. Lead luxury retail operations and drive sales performance at Rosewood Miramar.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image alignment
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and department-specific goals in line with company strategy
- Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance their competencies, individual sales performance, and overall store revenue
- Monitor and ensure quality and proper usage of client management systems and data across sales staff
- Manage store recruitment initiatives and maintain an active candidate pipeline for associate positions
- Facilitate staff training programmes, new hire inductions, and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and operational protocols consistently
- Deliver exceptional service to all clients whilst upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally
- Execute core operational functions including store opening and closing, point-of-sale management, and back-office procedures
- Foster a workplace environment where all associates are treated equitably, with dignity and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 105,000 to USD 115,000 per annum.
