Bottega Veneta Store Manager in Los Cabos, Mexico – Lead luxury retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive business performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, including business performance metrics, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and departmental goals while meeting individual sales objectives in alignment with company strategy
- Coach and mentor retail associates to develop competencies, foster growth, and elevate both individual and collective sales performance
- Monitor quality and proper utilization of sales staff client relationship databases; develop and implement corrective action plans as needed
- Manage recruitment processes for store associates and maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Coordinate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and post-hire follow-up procedures to ensure retention and development
- Enforce Bottega Veneta brand standards, procedures, and policies consistently across all store operations
- Deliver exemplary customer service by upholding brand values, building lasting client relationships, and managing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, point-of-sale management, and back-office administrative procedures
- Foster an inclusive workplace environment where all team members are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in a managerial capacity
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team structure

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience in a managerial role, preferably within the luxury fashion or accessories sector. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing retail teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand service excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or luxury brand training is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 135,000 to USD 145,000 per annum.
Benefits
Discretionary performance bonus in addition to base salary.
