Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance by actively engaging on the selling floor, driving customer satisfaction, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets, P&L goals, and KPIs while analyzing performance and coordinating with headquarters initiatives
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain top talent by fostering a positive work environment, providing coaching, managing individual development plans, and creating structured career growth pathways
- Build strong client relationships, oversee clientelling strategies, manage VIP and top-tier clientele, and ensure exceptional luxury customer experience
- Promote and uphold brand culture, values, and qualitative standards both internally and externally, ensuring consistent service excellence
- Ensure store environment, visual merchandising, team presentation, and overall atmosphere align with brand and corporate standards
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and local business activity, sharing insights with staff and leadership to maintain competitive positioning
- Provide clear, high-quality reporting and feedback to headquarters while communicating key local market insights to senior management
- Oversee operational excellence including administration, safety, legal compliance, inventory management, stock control, and asset protection
- Continuously challenge and optimize operational processes
