Bottega Veneta is hiring a Store Manager at Harrods, London to lead sales, teams and store operations for the flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets, KPIs and P&L objectives.
- Recruit, develop and retain retail talent; coach the selling team, manage individual development plans and cultivate a high-performing culture.
- Design and implement action plans to meet business goals, analyse performance data and ensure effective follow-up on HQ initiatives.
- Own VIP and top-client relationships; deploy clientelling strategies to maximise lifetime value and loyalty.
- Ensure flawless store presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand standards; maintain an environment that reflects the maison’s luxury positioning.
- Oversee operational excellence across administration, compliance, inventory and asset protection to safeguard store performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, communicating local insights and recommendations to senior leadership and HQ.
- Provide timely, high-quality reporting and feedback to headquarters and propose continuous process optimisations.
Qualifications
- Proven, substantial experience in luxury retail with demonstrable success in a managerial role.
- Track record of managing a store or business unit with turnover of at least £6 million.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate commercial objectives into store-level actions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, with high sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty management.
- Strong organisational precision, adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Coaching and leadership certification would be highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Significant luxury retail experience with prior responsibility for a store or business unit, including P&L ownership, team leadership and client relationship management; experience operating within a flagship or department-store environment (e.g. Harrods) is highly desirable.
