Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to ensure commercial performance, exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive attainment of store sales targets and individual associate goals through performance management and strategic merchandising.
- Develop and implement initiatives to maximise sales by department in alignment with company strategy and local market dynamics.
- Coach, mentor and develop retail associates to elevate selling skills, product knowledge and clienteling capabilities.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of client book data; partner with sales staff to design and monitor targeted action plans.
- Manage recruitment and maintain a qualified talent pool; oversee new-hire onboarding and ongoing training programmes.
- Execute operational responsibilities including store opening/closing, register management and back-office procedures.
- Safeguard brand image and operational compliance by enforcing Bottega Veneta standards and policies.
- Foster an inclusive workplace where associates are treated with dignity and respect while promoting a customer-centric culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
