Bottega Veneta is hiring a Store Manager in Hong Kong. Lead luxury retail operations, team management, and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by supporting the team to achieve individual and team sales targets whilst identifying business opportunities and challenges
- Lead and motivate the retail team through coaching, development, and constructive feedback to foster accountability and succession planning
- Cultivate a clienteling culture focused on building strong, long-term client relationships and collecting meaningful data for CRM engagement
- Manage store operations including compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and brand standards
- Collaborate with local merchandising and store operations teams to maintain stock integrity and communicate market insights
- Implement a performance-driven culture leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics to optimize business results
Qualifications
- Strong track record of delivering sales results beyond expectations in a retail environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability with proven experience managing and developing retail teams
- Deep understanding of fashion, art, and luxury sectors
- Proficiency in English at a professional level
- Ability to manage conflicts constructively and influence stakeholders

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail store management or similar leadership role within luxury retail, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; luxury retail, business management, or related training is advantageous.
