Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance by coaching the team to meet individual and collective targets, promoting cross-selling and embedding a KPI-driven culture.
  • Analyse sales figures and KPIs using available systems to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and implement corrective actions.
  • Own the client experience by cultivating emotional, long-term relationships; ensure comprehensive client data capture and collaboration with the local CRM team for targeted campaigns and events.
  • Recruit, develop and motivate store personnel through coaching, delegation, feedback and succession planning to raise individual capability and team accountability.
  • Collaborate with local merchandising and store operations teams to support stock movements, visual standards and market feedback.
  • Maintain inventory control and support stock management processes to optimise availability and turnover.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in a luxury retail environment with a track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience using sales KPIs to drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills; demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain talent.
  • Customer-first mindset with a practiced clienteling approach and CRM familiarity.
  • Effective communicator able to manage conflict constructively and adapt style to different stakeholders.
  • Professional alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and values; discretion and polished personal presentation.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional regional languages advantageous.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with demonstrated success in sales leadership, team development and client relationship management.
