Bottega Veneta Store Manager position in Hamburg; lead retail operations and drive luxury client experiences for Kering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guarantee achievement of team and individual sales targets whilst driving clienteling initiatives and maximizing business potential by category
- Lead the team with purpose and integrity, acting as brand ambassador and setting standards for customer-centric service delivery
- Monitor product sell-through trends, assess inventory levels, and develop commercial proposals to optimize stock positioning
- Mentor and motivate store staff, fostering teamwork, engagement, and retention whilst coaching team members to exceed performance goals
- Build and maintain lifetime relationships with new and existing high-value clients, creating emotional and engaging brand experiences
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, maintaining brand reputation and operational stability
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of proven management experience in luxury fashion retail or comparable service-driven environments
- Deep understanding of client development strategies and high-end customer service excellence
- Strong brand ambassador embodying Bottega Veneta's sophistication, heritage, and aesthetic
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with strong budget management competency
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and motivate diverse teams towards shared commercial objectives
- Fluency in English and German; additional languages advantageous
