Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and coach the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and sustained commercial performance.
- Own P&L-related objectives for the store: achieve team and individual sales, clienteling and conversion targets.
- Maximise sales across categories through targeted selling techniques, cross‑selling and activation of product strategies.
- Analyse sell‑through and inventory trends, propose commercial actions and work with regional retail leadership on stock optimisation.
- Represent the brand on the shop floor: cultivate a high‑value client portfolio and develop long‑term customer relationships.

Qualifications
- Proven track record (approximately 5–7 years) in a store management role within fashion and luxury retail or a closely related service industry.

- Strong people leader with experience in coaching, performance management and staff development.
- Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and numerical skills with budgetary responsibility.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; positive, engaging and team‑oriented demeanour.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
