Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Manager in Frankfurt to lead boutique sales, clienteling and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and inspire the store team to achieve individual and collective sales targets while modelling exemplary client-facing behaviour.
- Own day-to-day store performance: implement retail strategy, monitor KPIs, analyse sell-through and propose commercial actions by category.
- Develop and expand a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, relationship management and high-touch service.
- Coach staff in cross-selling, upselling and product knowledge to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Ensure flawless store operations and compliance with company policies, legal requirements and brand standards.
- Manage visual merchandising, stock levels and inventory control to align presentation with product and sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5–7 years’ proven experience in a store management or senior sales role within luxury fashion or a high-end service environment.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable ability to drive sales, manage budgets and interpret sales performance metrics.
- Proven track record in client development and high-end customer service; able to build long‑term relationships with discerning clients.
- Demonstrable leadership skills: coaching, motivating, delegating and retaining store teams.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities and strong numerical sensitivity.
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.

5–7 years in retail management or a senior sales role within luxury fashion or a related high-end service industry, with responsibility for driving sales, developing client portfolios and leading teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
