Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and departmental sales goals in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and optimize individual and store-wide sales performance
- Monitor and ensure quality of client data within sales staff databases, collaborating on strategic action plans
- Manage store recruitment processes and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline
- Facilitate staff training programs, oversee new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
- Enforce and comply with Bottega Veneta brand standards, procedures, and service protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying brand values and managing client relationships with professionalism and timeliness
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, point-of-sale management, and back office administration
