Bottega Veneta Store Manager position in Dallas, TX with $135–$145K annual salary plus bonus. Lead retail operations and drive sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and departmental sales goals in alignment with company strategy
  • Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, drive individual sales performance, and strengthen overall store sales
  • Monitor client book data quality and accuracy; collaborate with sales staff on strategic action plans
  • Manage recruitment processes and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for store associate positions
  • Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
  • Enforce Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values consistently across the store
  • Deliver exceptional service to clientele through professional customer relationship management
  • Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, point-of-sale management, and back-office procedures
