Bottega Veneta Store Manager position in Coral Gables—lead retail operations, drive sales, and mentor a dynamic team at this luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations, business performance, customer service standards, and brand image
- Drive achievement of store sales targets while meeting individual sales goals
- Maximize business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and drive individual and store-wide sales performance
- Monitor and ensure quality of client books and sales data; propose action plans with sales staff
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates
- Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
