Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Manager in Canoga Park, California to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and mentor staff in a luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support overall store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand representation
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals across all departments
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support professional growth, and maximize individual and collective sales performance
- Monitor data quality and client book management; collaborate with sales staff to develop and implement action plans
- Manage recruitment processes for store associates and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure appropriate follow-up procedures
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and back office procedures
- Uphold Bottega Veneta brand standards, service values, and company procedures consistently
