Bottega Veneta Store Manager in Cancun, Mexico—lead retail operations, drive sales, mentor associates in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations including business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals across all product categories
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, support career growth, and drive individual and store-wide sales performance
- Monitor quality and proper use of client relationship management data in sales staff records; collaborate with sales team on action planning
- Recruit and manage store associate hiring pipeline and candidate pool
- Facilitate staff training programs and new hire onboarding with appropriate follow-up procedures
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand compliance across all operations
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele by upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register management, and back-office procedures

Qualifications
