Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Manager in Boston to lead boutique operations, drive sales and develop a high-performing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring exemplary customer service, adherence to brand standards and an impeccable store image.
- Drive attainment of store sales targets and individual sales goals through proactive selling, merchandising and strategic execution.
- Maximize commercial potential by managing departmental sales performance in line with company strategy and local market dynamics.
- Mentor, coach and develop sales associates to elevate competencies, increase individual productivity and strengthen client relationships.
- Oversee maintenance and quality of client book data; collaborate with sales staff to define and implement clienteling action plans.
- Manage recruitment, maintain a candidate pipeline and coordinate onboarding, training and continuous learning initiatives for store staff.
- Execute operational procedures including store opening/closing, register reconciliation and back-office administration.
- Uphold a respectful workplace where all associates are treated fairly and in accordance with brand policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience in a managerial role, preferably within luxury goods or premium fashion.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, with a track record of driving sales performance and meeting KPIs.
- Strong organisational awareness, flexibility and capacity to adapt to changing commercial priorities.
- Deep product knowledge and an understanding of the brand’s philosophy and client expectations.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated success managing a boutique or store team; prior luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
