Bottega Veneta Store Manager position in Boca Raton, Florida—lead luxury retail operations at Saks with sales, team leadership, and brand execution responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations including business performance, customer service delivery, and company image maintenance
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals while maximizing business potential by department
- Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies, drive individual and collective sales performance, and support career growth
- Monitor and ensure quality of sales staff client books; collaborate with staff to develop and implement action plans
- Manage recruiting processes for store associates and maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Facilitate staff training programs, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures are completed
- Ensure compliance with and enforcement of Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and brand service values
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele by managing customer relationships professionally and in a timely manner
- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and back-office procedures
