Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image representation
- Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals while maximizing departmental business potential
- Mentor, coach, and develop retail associates' competencies to enhance their individual sales performance and contribute to overall store sales growth
- Monitor and ensure quality of client books data; collaborate with sales staff on strategic action plans
- Manage recruiting processes for store associates and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Facilitate staff trainings, new hire inductions, and ensure proper follow-up procedures
- Enforce compliance with Bottega Veneta standards, procedures, and operational protocols
