Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store operations, business performance, customer service delivery, and brand image representation
  • Drive achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals while maximizing departmental business potential
  • Mentor, coach, and develop retail associates' competencies to enhance their individual sales performance and contribute to overall store sales growth
  • Monitor and ensure quality of client books data; collaborate with sales staff on strategic action plans
  • Manage recruiting processes for store associates and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
