- Coach and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.

- Ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book for customer relationship management.
- Uphold Bottega Veneta's standards and procedures.
- Manage stock efficiently.
- Conduct corporate analysis and mystery visits to understand competitors.
- Expand the customer base and enhance customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of store management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills in sales data.
- Proficiency in time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and implementation skills.
- Strong communication, motivation, and team management abilities.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in English and office software.
