Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all store operations to achieve business performance targets, brand standards and a superior client experience.
- Drive store sales and individual sales goals through merchandising alignment, promotional execution and KPI monitoring.
- Hire, develop and retain retail talent; conduct inductions, deliver ongoing training, and mentor associates to enhance competencies and individual sales performance.
- Oversee clienteling practices and ensure the integrity and quality of client books, partnering with sales staff to define targeted action plans.
- Implement recruiting strategies and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to support staffing needs.
- Execute daily operational functions including store opening/closing, register management and back-office procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta commercial, visual and service standards, and cultivate an environment of fairness, respect and inclusion for all associates.
- Deliver exemplary service to clients, managing customer relationships proactively and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience in a managerial role, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 165,000 to USD 175,000 per annum.
