Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and standards.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, and managing register and back-office procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
