Role & Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and identifying client opportunities.
  • Maximize store and departmental sales by monitoring key business metrics such as KPIs, sell-through rates, and product performance.
  • Assess product trends and stock levels, providing commercial proposals and participating in the buying process.
  • Ensure the implementation of product and sales strategies, driving the store's buying strategy.
  • Maintain a luxury environment by executing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Represent Bottega Veneta and manage VIC initiatives to develop a strong client portfolio.
  • Foster long-term relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
  • Lead clienteling initiatives, oversee exclusive events, and manage client feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team, fostering an engaged and client-centric environment.
  • Ensure store compliance with company procedures, inventory control, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Review store processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain a luxurious store environment.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury Retail contexts.
  • Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Skills

Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in managing budgets and financial processes.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion retail sector.
