Role & Responsibilities
- Guarantee the achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and identifying client opportunities.
- Maximize store and departmental sales by monitoring key business metrics such as KPIs, sell-through rates, and product performance.
- Assess product trends and stock levels, providing commercial proposals and participating in the buying process.
- Ensure the implementation of product and sales strategies, driving the store's buying strategy.
- Maintain a luxury environment by executing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Represent Bottega Veneta and manage VIC initiatives to develop a strong client portfolio.
- Foster long-term relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.
- Lead clienteling initiatives, oversee exclusive events, and manage client feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team, fostering an engaged and client-centric environment.
- Ensure store compliance with company procedures, inventory control, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Review store processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain a luxurious store environment.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury Retail contexts.
- Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
