Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Director for its Milan location. This role requires a visionary leader with luxury retail expertise to drive sales and client engagement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the prestigious Lighthouse store in Milan, driving business growth and optimizing productivity.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and client engagement.
  • Maximize store business potential by monitoring key business metrics, including KPIs and sell-through rates.
  • Facilitate and participate in the store buying strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Maintain a luxury environment and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring personalized luxury experiences.
  • Lead clienteling initiatives and oversee exclusive events to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing, client-centric team.
  • Ensure store compliance with company procedures, policies, and Health & Safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and team management skills. Analytical skills with a focus on numerical sensitivity and budget management. Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate a team.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury retail sector.
