Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the prestigious Lighthouse store in Milan, driving business growth and optimizing productivity.
- Ensure the achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and client engagement.
- Maximize store business potential by monitoring key business metrics, including KPIs and sell-through rates.
- Facilitate and participate in the store buying strategy to align with company objectives.
- Maintain a luxury environment and ensure compliance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring personalized luxury experiences.
- Lead clienteling initiatives and oversee exclusive events to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing, client-centric team.
- Ensure store compliance with company procedures, policies, and Health & Safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion and luxury retail sector.
- Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
