Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the prestigious Lighthouse store in Milan, driving business growth and managing a diverse team.
  • Ensure achievement of sales and clienteling targets through strategic action plans and client engagement.
  • Maximize store business potential by monitoring key metrics, including KPIs and sell-through rates.
  • Facilitate product and sales strategies, participating in the store buying strategy.
  • Maintain a luxury environment and ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Represent Bottega Veneta and manage VIC initiatives to develop a strong client portfolio.
  • Foster long-term relationships with top clients and VIPs, ensuring personalized luxury experiences.
  • Lead clienteling initiatives and oversee exclusive events and bespoke services.
  • Attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing, client-centric team.
  • Ensure store compliance with company procedures, policies, and Health & Safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury Retail contexts.
  • Deep understanding of client development and high-end customer service.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and analyzing numerical data.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion retail sector.
