Bottega Veneta seeks a Store Director in Beijing to lead store performance, clienteling and team development for the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across departments and categories.
- Maximise the store’s business potential through targeted client acquisition, retention and clienteling activities.
- Develop, coach and evaluate store staff to drive performance, motivation and career development.
- Oversee daily store operations including stock management, visual standards and compliance with corporate procedures.
- Drive effective use of CRM and the Client Book to grow relationships and convert opportunities.
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions and inform planning.
- Conduct competitor intelligence (mystery visits) and train assistant managers to perform benchmarking visits.
- Foster team collaboration and information sharing to maintain a high-performing, client-focused culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of store management experience, including at least five years in luxury retail store leadership.
- Proven ability in sales coaching, staff development, motivation and performance evaluation.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable sales data analysis skills.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time-management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
- University degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- Proficiency in English and competent use of office software.

Experience
At least 8 years of progressive retail leadership experience with a minimum of 5 years managing luxury retail boutiques; track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business, retail management or related field preferred).
