Bottega Veneta Stock Keeper position in Milano, Italy. Manage inventory and warehouse operations at Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with competitive salary and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and quality-check incoming merchandise, recording stock data in the warehouse management system
- Store goods properly to maintain excellent condition, accessibility, and organized warehouse space
- Organize and process store transfers, returns, and consignment procedures with supporting documentation
- Manage omnichannel services including in-store pick-up, ship-from-store, and remote sales shipments
- Execute administrative tasks and maintain CITES documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct daily stock analysis using dedicated reports to monitor sold materials and warehouse inventory levels
- Replenish sales floor products based on inventory status and demand
- Interface with Operations to order packaging and coordinate with external suppliers for materials such as stationery, uniforms, and beverages
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar stock keeping or warehouse role within fashion or luxury retail
- High attention to detail with demonstrated ability to work in an organized, methodical manner
- Problem-solving capability and pragmatic approach to operational challenges
- Flexibility and availability to meet business requirements
- Fluency in both English and Italian (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SAP system (preferred)

The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,500 per annum.
