Stock Keeper position at Bottega Veneta Hong Kong, managing inventory and stockroom operations for a luxury retail store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee stock management and perform daily housekeeping of merchandise in the stockroom and sales floor
- Maintain a tidy, organized stockroom with merchandise stored in good condition and positioned efficiently
- Pack and unpack merchandise according to company guidelines, verifying quantity and quality of goods
- Collaborate with sales team to support excellence in customer service delivery and store operations
- Arrange timely transfer of merchandise to other store locations as requested
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and stock take activities
- Prepare merchandise re-tagging when necessary and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail stock management experience
- Luxury brand stock management experience strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient with computer systems and MS Office software
- Strong team player with a sense of responsibility and work ethic
