Bottega Veneta Stock Associate position in Paris on Montaigne. Join the luxury retail team managing inventory and supporting boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and verify product receipts at the boutique, ensuring quantity accuracy, quality compliance, and transport documentation conformity
- Maintain optimal storage conditions and organization to ensure all products remain accessible and identifiable
- Manage physical stockroom space efficiently to maximize capacity and workflow
- Support retail floor operations as needed, including customer service, merchandising, and facility maintenance
- Transfer and manage products between stockroom and sales floor according to brand standards
- Prepare, verify, and coordinate General Transfers (inter-store shipments)
- Conduct and pilot inventory cycles including rotating, monthly, and fiscal inventories
- Update and maintain pricing labels and ensure accurate merchandise ticketing
- Organize holds and reserved merchandise management
- Uphold brand values, internal protocols, and luxury service standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand heritage and positioning
