Bottega Veneta Stock Associate position at Galeries Lafayette Paris. Manage inventory, stockroom operations, and ensure luxury brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming products, confirming quantity, quality, and transport documentation compliance
- Maintain organized and accessible stock, with all products properly identified and preserved in storage conditions
- Optimize physical storage space allocation and inventory organization
- Transfer products between stockroom and sales floor, with careful handling and tracking
- Organize and execute General Transfers, including preparation, verification, and shipment
- Conduct rotating, monthly, and fiscal inventory counts and reconciliations
- Update and maintain price ticketing across inventory
- Coordinate product holds and reserved inventory management
- Provide occasional in-store support with customer service, merchandising, and basic maintenance as needed
- Uphold Bottega Veneta brand values and internal operational practices
- Deliver excellence in customer service aligned with the maison's luxury standards
