Role & Responsibilities
- Organize product receptions at the boutique, ensuring product quantity and quality, and verifying transport documents.
- Maintain high standards of product storage, ensuring accessibility and identification of each item.
- Optimize the physical storage space effectively.
- Provide occasional support in the boutique, including customer greeting, tidying, and minor maintenance.
- Manage and transfer products between stock and sales floor.
- Organize General Transfers, including preparation, verification, and dispatch.
- Conduct inventory management, including rotating, monthly, and fiscal inventories.
- Update price labels regularly.
- Organize product reservations.
- Adhere to the brand's values and internal practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
