Bottega Veneta Stock Associate position in Palm Beach, Florida. Manage inventory, shipping, and stockroom operations for luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, confirming quantities match documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management
- Organize and maintain stockroom by merchandise style, color, size and category per management direction
- Provide rapid stock checks and merchandise delivery support to sales and management staff
- Manage shipping area operations, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise in compliance with all policies
- Optimize available stock space to maximize merchandise accessibility and store efficiency
- Communicate new arrivals, product replenishment requirements and client returns to management and sales team
- Restock packaging supplies throughout the boutique as needed
- Train new hires on shipping, receiving, and stockroom policies and procedures
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by Store Management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in complex retail stockroom operations
- Experience with international and domestic freight carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) preferred
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and Excel
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs regularly

1–2 years of experience in highly-complex retail stockroom environments; previous experience with international and domestic freight companies such as FedEx or UPS is advantageous.
