Bottega Veneta Stock Associate role in New York's SoHo district; $24–$26/hr, inventory and logistics support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries by matching quantities shipped/received against corresponding documentation for all incoming/outgoing shipments
- Provide rapid stock checks and floor delivery support to management and sales staff as requested
- Organize and maintain stockroom standards by arranging merchandise by style, color, size, and per Store Management/Operations Department directives
- Execute routine cycle counts and communicate any identified inventory discrepancies to management
- Ensure proper packaging, logging, and organization of outgoing merchandise in shipping area in compliance with all policies and procedures
- Maximize available stock space to facilitate efficient employee access and store operations
- Communicate timely updates to management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns
- Replenish packaging supply levels throughout the boutique as needed
- Train new hires on shipping, receiving, and related policies and procedures
- Complete additional tasks and projects as directed by Store Management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a complex retail stockroom environment
- Experience with international and domestic freight companies such as FedEx or UPS (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask across competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and professional demeanor with collaborative team approach
- High accountability and reliability with openness to constructive feedback
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and remain mobile throughout shifts
- Ability to climb ladders and regularly lift packages weighing 20+ lbs

Experience
1–2 years of experience preferred in highly-complex retail stockroom operations; previous experience with international or domestic freight companies such as FedEx or UPS is a plus.
