Role & Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise and supply deliveries, ensuring quantities received or shipped match the corresponding documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support management and sales staff with prompt, accurate stock checks and deliver requested merchandise to the sales floor.
• Organize merchandise in the stockroom by style, color, and size, or as directed by Store Management or the Operations Department.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies or report them to management.
• Keep the shipping area organized, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Make efficient use of available stock space so merchandise is accessible to employees and the store can operate efficiently.
• Communicate promptly with management and the sales team about new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
• Replenish appropriate levels of packaging supplies in the boutique.
• Assist with training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks and projects assigned by Store Management.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in a highly complex retail stockroom; experience with international or domestic freight companies such as FedEx or UPS is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and challenging priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, polished team player.
• High level of accountability and reliability, with willingness to accept feedback.
• Basic computer skills; Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to remain mobile and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages weighing over 20 lbs.
