Role & Responsibilities
- Execute merchandise receiving, transfers, and warehouse returns in accordance with store cycle protocols
- Monitor and organize warehouse space to align with goods reception and front-of-house requirements
- Prepare and quality-check inter-store transfers and return-to-vendor shipments, verifying condition and product codes
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure proper consignment procedures and identify unavailable goods
- Manage omnichannel operations including in-store pick-up, ship-from-store, and remote sales fulfillment
- Support after-sales services management following established policy and leveraging available tools
- Partner with inventory control office to execute stock inventories, including monthly cycle counts and annual full counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance expectations in alignment with company standards
Qualifications
- Prior stock or inventory experience, preferably within fashion and luxury retail environments
- Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset
- Strong communication and empathetic interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure settings
- Collaborative team player with multitasking capability and operational flexibility
