Bottega Veneta SLG Product Developer in Montebello Vicentino—join our leather goods development team on a fixed-term contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Style team to coordinate activities and information across departments involved in small leather goods product development, supporting prototype and sampling phases for regular collections and special projects
  • Monitor product development progress by participating in sampling verification meetings and ensuring compliance with required standards
  • Manage product code entry into systems and prepare collection documentation including product sheets, collection plans, measurements, color palettes, and photographic materials
  • Produce English-language content and materials for training manuals and presentations
  • Create graphic and photographic presentations of products in development for internal archiving, legal registrations, and end-of-collection presentations
  • Organize materials and products for collection development meetings (internal and with Creative Direction), including managing shipments
  • Maintain archiving and cataloguing of documents and samples, supporting historical archive inventory activities
  • Contribute to trend research and analysis activities through industry trade shows, retail store visits, and competitor benchmarking

Qualifications

  • Degree in fashion design, architecture, or equivalent qualification with focus on product development
  • 1–3 years of experience in leather goods and accessories sector
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Preferred knowledge of Stealth and PLM enterprise management systems
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Precision, flexibility, and strong communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
