Bottega Veneta Shoes Technical Department Specialist in Vigonza, Italy. Join our product development team managing footwear technical specifications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the input and organization of technical data and specifications within systems to ensure accurate product file creation and collection progression from prototyping to production launch
- Code and register materials, semi-finished components, prototype orders, sample collections, and press requirements within the management system
- Create and process purchase orders and requisitions to ensure proper fulfillment of sample requests and operational requirements
- Interface with external suppliers and internal modeling departments to distribute technical specifications, manage deliverables, and resolve production or design complications
Qualifications
- Diploma in fashion technology or equivalent professional qualification with preferred knowledge of footwear product construction
- 3 to 5 years of documented experience in the footwear sector
- Proficiency with business management software systems (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent English language skills
- Demonstrated collaborative teamwork and interpersonal abilities
- Precision-oriented with flexibility and strong communicative abilities
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience in footwear manufacturing, product development, or technical coordination roles within the luxury fashion or accessories sector.
Education
Diploma in fashion technology, textile engineering, or equivalent technical qualification in fashion or manufacturing disciplines. Knowledge of footwear product construction is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vigonza, Veneto, Italy, with easy access to Padua.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
