Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the Creative Director's vision into comprehensive visual merchandising strategy for all product displays across stores, showrooms, installations, and events
- Oversee the visual retail experience throughout the global network in alignment with the Creative Director's vision and WW VM Director guidance
- Communicate, train, and monitor in-store and window display executions within assigned regions across retail, wholesale, and franchisee locations according to validated VM guidelines
- Lead conception, organization, and implementation of product displays, including special displays for openings, pop-ups, and high-end events on a global level
- Support preparation of seasonal showroom set-ups and coordinate VM shooting logistics including product preparation and contractor management
- Develop and contribute to VM guidelines creation, newsletters, and related communications from information gathering to final publication
- Collaborate with Collection Merchandising, Retail, and Warehouse Product Merchandisers to align visual strategies with product buying, stock availability, and delivery timelines
- Liaise regularly with the Architecture Team to ensure creative coherence and objective alignment
- Drive visual tools production and innovation in partnership with Architecture and relevant departments
- Research costs and manage budget allocations for visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience as a Visual Merchandiser for a fashion retailer or equivalent background in the artistic or design field
- Exceptional communication and creative skills with demonstrated ability to translate vision into compelling visual narratives
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with solid knowledge of current trends and market dynamics
- Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (full package), with proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign or equivalent design tools preferred
- Fluency in both spoken and written English at professional level

Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience as a Visual Merchandiser within fashion retail or the artistic and creative sector. Proven track record of developing and executing compelling visual strategies across multi-location retail networks. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with creative leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact retail environments.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 48,000 per annum.
