Bottega Veneta seeks Senior PR & Communication Manager in London to lead Northern Europe strategy, managing media relations, VIP talent, and integrated communications.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global PR strategy across assigned countries, balancing global brand resonance with localized visibility and tailored communication for key market moments
- Build and maintain relationships with key media, editors, journalists and communication stakeholders across the region, acting as brand ambassador
- Manage PR and media strategy across assigned countries, coordinating with EMEA and Global teams on print, digital, social media and out-of-home channels
- Oversee editorial coverage strategy, increasing editorial impact, ROI and social media conversation through strategic cover story planning
- Manage Launchmetrics reporting and media performance analysis to track campaign effectiveness and earned media value
- Direct internal communications for all PR-led projects, ensuring alignment and reporting across regional and global stakeholders
- Implement streamlined sample trafficking processes across assigned countries to maximize editorial opportunities and EMV on Launchmetrics
- Oversee regional community strategy, elevating local voices and generating meaningful social media engagement
- Define and implement regional VIP & Talent strategy in close coordination with Global VIP teams to strengthen brand visibility and cultural relevance
- Manage VIP dressing opportunities and regional talent activations aligned with overall communication strategy
- Lead marketing and communication strategy for key wholesale and retail partners in collaboration with Clientelling and Commercial teams
- Ensure Trade Marketing initiatives and partner communication calendars align with regional business priorities and PR strategy
- Manage Marketing, PR and Trade Marketing budgets and planning across assigned countries
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in Public Relations, Communications or Brand Marketing within fashion, luxury or lifestyle sectors
- Strong network of media contacts across fashion, luxury, lifestyle and digital press in the UK and internationally
- Solid cultural background in arts and design with UK and international expertise
- Proven experience managing VIP & Talent relations, celebrity dressing and regional cultural partnerships within luxury industry
- Experience collaborating with key luxury retail and wholesale partners on communication initiatives
- Strong cross-functional network spanning media, stylists, talents, agents and cultural stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling press materials and brand narratives
- Demonstrated success leading high-impact PR campaigns, media events, product launches and integrated communication initiatives
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, luxury communication and contemporary cultural trends
- Experience in crisis communications, stakeholder management and reputation strategy
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with media monitoring tools, PR platforms and Microsoft Office; knowledge of digital PR and performance reporting advantageous
- Passion for fashion, luxury, culture and storytelling with sharp editorial eye and attention to detail
