Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and industrialize metal accessories from concept through production, ensuring alignment with stylistic intent and brand quality standards.
- Create and validate 3D technical models and drawings, translating design direction into technically viable, sustainable and manufacturable solutions.
- Define and communicate technical and process specifications to suppliers, enforcing compliance with brand quality and production standards.
- Manage codification, technical data sheets and product documentation within corporate systems (PLM and ERP).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Patternmaking, Industrialization and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement and constructive technical dialogue.
- Support prototyping, sampling and validation phases, contributing to iterative enhancements of product and process performance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial/Product Design, Accessories or Jewelry Design, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product development or engineering roles within Luxury, Fashion, Automotive, Jewelry or Industrial Product Design contexts.
- Proven ability to translate design intent into production-ready technical solutions with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written command of English.
- Willingness and availability for domestic and international travel.

Experience
At least 3–5 years in product development, engineering or industrialization roles for accessories or precision components, ideally within luxury goods, fashion, jewelry, automotive or industrial design environments.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Product Design, Accessories or Jewelry Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
